TERMS OF USE

These Terms of Use govern your use of Modae (the App), and any related services provided by the Developer of Modae. The App is distributed under Apple's Standard License Agreement, Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). The EULA is extended or, if partially in conflict, partially replaced by the Terms listed below.

Modae Plus Plans

Certain features of the App require access to one of the paid plans (subscriptions). Paid plans are enabled via an auto-renewing subscription. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.

Refunds

All purchases are final. The Developer cannot issue refunds for purchases charged to your Apple ID.

App and Service Availability

The Developer of the App may at any time decide to terminate the service in full or in part. While you may still be able to use the installed App on your device, it is important to note that functionality, content availability and compatibility with the operating system may be affected.

Content and External Links

Modae provides fashion show, brand, designer, model, calendar and related information for reference purposes. We do our best to keep this information accurate, but dates, times, links, schedules and availability may change.

The App may include links to third-party websites or services. The Developer is not responsible for the content, availability or policies of those third-party services.

Future Changes

The Terms may be updated in the future. We encourage you to visit this page periodically to be aware of the possible changes.

Applicable Law

This License Agreement is governed by the laws of Canada excluding its conflicts of law rules.

Miscellaneous

If any of the terms of this agreement should be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. Invalid terms will be replaced by valid ones formulated in a way that will achieve the primary purpose.
